In the last 24 hours I've conducted research to seek out a customer in a mental health facility, to have him stop harrassing my employees. He doesn't want to buy anything, he just wants to talk, and become friends with some of my girls. He's asked if he can send them things he makes out of canvas and yarn. He wants to know what they do outside of work, and how pretty their voices are, etc. He's creeptastical. I had his number blocked, and had to speak to the hospital, and write a formal cease and desist letter so they can legally limit his phone calls.
On a seperate note, another unrelated customer called in telling one of my reps he was going to assasinate us if we don't sell him a particular item for the price he wants it for... That's not how it works. As if I don't have enough to do today...
